Arnava is the sanskrit for the sea, something I love and influences my life, offering inspiration for my yoga.
Through Arnava Yoga I try to offer a range of classes to suit different people needs. The Flow Class is a dynamic style of yoga where the postures flow from one to another, offering a class to improve strength and flexibility. Deep Stretch Yoga is a more nurturing style with more time spent on the mat focus on some long deep stretching offering plenty of time to also focus on the breath. Yoga Blend is a lovely mix of the two with some Piltes based work as well - a great all rounder!
