Yoga Tots Adventures

A fun way to introduce children to the ideas of Yoga including breath, asanas and mindfulness. We take the children on a different adventure each week, allowing them to explore their imagination and creativity whilst improving their co-ordination, balance, flexibility and strength. The children have opportunity to make new friends, improving social skills and even teamwork!
